Vin Yône Volume:75CL First introduced in 2017Vin Yne is Didier Grappes take on the classic Jura vin jaune style, made from 100% Savagnin grown on clay and limestone soils around Saint Lothain. The grapes are harvested slightly late, then fermented with native yeasts and left to age for a full 75 months in small 228 litre barrels, under a natural veil of yeast (sous voile). Because it doesnt follow every rule of the appellation, it cant be called Vin Jaune hence the playful name Vin Yne. This
